How to Apply for SINP – International Skilled Worker Category without a job offer

Are you looking to apply under SINP – International Skilled Worker Category but don;t have a job offer in Saskatchewan ?

Are you living outside Canada ?

Are you having proof of legal status in Canada ?

You will need to meet the following application criteria, if you want to apply for SINP 2016.


1. Score a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the point assessment grid.
2. Have a minimum language score of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4. Please note: CLB 4 is the minimum; employers and regulatory bodies may require higher language scores.
3. Have completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary education or training which is comparable to the Canadian education system and has resulted in a degree, diploma, certificate, or a certificate equivalent to a trade certificate (that is verifiable).
4. Have a minimum of one-year paid work experience in the past ten years related to your field of education or training.

SINP 2016 has limited number of applications allowed, below table lists the number of remaining applications which will be accepted under SINP. This also lists the maximum number of applications under each category.

    Dear Concern,

    I’ve completed my both of degree Honors & Masters in Bengali literature.After that I’ve acquired (1.5 year) Diploma in Enterprise System Analysis Design using C# .I’ve 3.5 years work experience in software development. My IELTS score is 5.00 . My current age is 32.Am I eligible for SINP program?
